Privacy Policy

Para Replay is built to run locally. Flight files stay on your device by default, and we avoid collecting personal data.

Local storage: Imported IGC/GPX files are stored in your browser (IndexedDB) and are not uploaded to our servers.
No mandatory accounts: You can use the viewer without creating an account or providing personal information.
No default analytics: We do not enable third-party analytics or tracking scripts by default.
Drive integration: When you open a Google Drive link, the file is fetched directly from Google Drive and handled in your browser.
Data control: You can delete flights at any time from the library, or clear browser storage to remove all local data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will update this page.

Google user data accessed

When you choose to open a file from Google Drive, Para Replay accesses the selected file’s contents and metadata (file ID, file name, and resource key if present). No other Drive data is accessed.

How the data is used

The Drive file is read in your browser to parse the flight track for visualization. The data is used only to render the replay and compute summary statistics within the app.

Storage and sharing

Drive data is not uploaded to our servers. You may choose to save a Drive-sourced flight to your local library (IndexedDB). You can delete it at any time or clear browser storage to remove all locally stored data. We do not sell or share Google user data.
